Human Resouce Audit

We will review the effectiveness of your HR department by conducting intense and objective audits of the departments policies, procedures and practices. This will allow us to identify gaps in practice areas or processes and ensure regulatory violations are minimized and maintain world-class competitiveness with local and global best practices. We will identify the organizational structure, ensuring consistency in job-descriptions, scale and scope, review the span of control and decision-making authority, identify succession planning status, review compensation and bonus and incentives schemes, review consistency in application or policies and make recommendations to improve and streamline the HR function in your organization.
